With over 20 years of experience in education, Deborah brings a unique blend of compassion, high standards and strategic insight.

She has supported children and families at every stage, from the early years through to senior school transitions. Deborah is passionate about spotting potential, helping learners feel confident and capable and guiding children towards opportunities where they can flourish.

She has a calm, compassionate approach and builds lasting connections with both children and families. Whether teaching, assessing or offering guidance and support, Deborah is professional, warm and has a genuine love for helping pupils thrive. She has a deep belief that every child deserves to feel seen, supported and inspired.

Alongside her classroom and leadership work, Deborah has also served as an autism advisor and EAL lead, with a strong commitment to inclusion and a tailored approach for learners with additional needs.

Outside of work, Deborah is happiest outdoors, spending time with her family or volunteering at charity events. Creative at heart, she enjoys jewellery making and is a passionate mental health advocate, particularly in supporting women recovering from postnatal depression.

Her interests reflect a nurturing, grounded perspective that naturally flows into her professional life.
