Terms and Conditions (Tutoring)

Our tutoring classes are limited in size. Your booking secures your child's place on the course and therefore denies another child a place. For this reason, cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start of the course are not entitled to refund (extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of the tutor/instructor). Booking a course or workshop confirms that you understand our cancellation policy.

An individual booking is for the attendance of an individual child. Separate bookings should be made for multiple children.

For minimal disruption, please ensure that your child is seated at a table without distraction from toys, televisions, other siblings or household noise.

Please ensure that your child is ready and prepared for the lesson, with the necessary equipment stated in your confirmation email. Please ensure that they are present to begin the lesson on time. The online waiting room may not be seen once teaching begins, so please log in before the start of the lesson so everyone can be admitted together.

LinkyThinks cannot take responsibility for internet connectivity problems on the client's end.

The tutor/instructor reserves the right to remove a student who is disruptive.

These classes may or may not be recorded, and recordings may be used for training purposes or catch-up sessions. Footage will never be shared publicly. By booking a course/class/workshop you consent to your child taking part in these recorded sessions.

For the security of all students, please keep all Zoom codes to yourself and ensure that your child logs into the class with their own name, so they can be identified before being admitted to the class. Please encourage your child to keep their camera on throughout the lesson.

The Zoom meeting code will be provided in your confirmation email upon booking. Please make note of this and keep it to yourself.
